JUNE 2010 SESSION

In this June 2010 session, architecture programme at POLISAS steps into new `adventure` of becoming the best it can be. Our achievement in this session is the selection of one of our students to represent PAM (Malaysian Institute of Architects) to the ARCHASIA Competition 2010. These past two years, our programme was blessed with achievements in Nippon Paint Young Designers Award 2009 and Autodesk Competition 2009.

With the implementation of new syllabus, the programme will continues to strive for excellence in producing diploma graduates with skills and knowledge in their `journey` to the real world. The supports from Department of Polytechnic Education and POLISAS will certainly help us in transforming lives of our students to greater success in their life.

INTRODUCTION - ARCHITECTURE UNIT POLISAS

Architecture Unit @ POLISAS is a unit in the Civil Engineering Department at Sultan Haji Ahmad Shah Polytechnic (POLISAS) Kuantan, Pahang Darul Makmur, Malaysia. It has been established since the early 80`s. Today, the architecture programme has an enrollment of nearly 300 students and 25 full time staff. From offering certificate level programme in the early years, starting this June 2010 semester, only diploma level programme will be offered.
